In order for us to best accommodate your needs all appointments are made online through our scheduling coordinator via our online inquiry forms.
Prior to your scheduled service, we kindly ask that you cleanse your face with your daily skincare system. If you have any allergies pertaining to makeup products, please let us know in advance. We also recommend avoiding professional facial treatments and waxing less than 7 days before your event. To ensure a radiant glow, we recommend using an at-home exfoliation mask and hydration mask the week of your event.
To make the most of your styling appointment, please wash and dry your hair the day before your appointment. Come to your appointment with dry, clean hair that is product-free and ready to be styled.
For each service, please allow at least an hour of time. While appointments can range from 30 to 60 minutes, please inform us in advance if you are on a tight schedule. Trial sessions can last up to 90 minutes per service, ensuring we find the perfect look for you.
Absolutely! Bridal trial services can be used for bridal portrait sessions. Trials are conducted in-studio only and can be booked Monday through Friday based on our availability. Please note that Saturday and Sunday trial and portrait sessions are subject to a $50 added fee.
Travel fees are added to on-location services booked when the location for services is over 30 miles from our studio location. Additionally, travel fees will be added when on-site services do not meet our minimum requirement of 5 services per professional.
Full payment for services can be made online anytime prior to the wedding date. Full payment is requested two weeks prior to your wedding or special event and must be paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding unless prior arrangements have been made. Your services can be canceled and deposits lost if you fail to complete your payment on time.
Once Payments such as Deposits, Admin fees, and Payments are made they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Weddings and On Location services, we kindly request that reservations be accompanied by a $150 Admin Fee and a 50% deposit for all services booked on your special day. This deposit serves as a confirmation and ensures that your wedding is secured on our schedule. By signing your contract and submitting the admin fee and initial 50% deposit, you can have peace of mind knowing that your wedding day services are confirmed. To finalize your booking, we kindly ask for the remaining balance to be settled two weeks prior to your wedding date.
Contracts are mandatory for all weddings or group events. Services listed on contract are locked in one month prior to the event services cannot be subtracted or canceled from the contract. If time is available services can be added closer to the wedding date but the client is responsible for the amount of services listed on the contract. Each event is allowed 2 revisions to their contract which we recommend these revisions are done closer to the event date.
